Refund and Cancelation Policy:

We understand things happen, and a booked party can no longer keep. Here is our simple refund and cancellation policy.
1. 30 days’ notice gets a 100% refund?
2. 15 days’ notice gets a 50% refund?
3. Rebooking is allowed between 15-30 days but is subject to the availability of our party vehicles.


If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within seven days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
